5th Annual Maryland Fragile X Classic VolleyBall Tournament
The 5th Annual Maryland Fragile X Classic VolleyBall Tournament was a charity event for the Maryland Fragile X Resource Group. This year's event was sponsored by Bart and Associates Incorporated and raised almost $5000 that will be used for group functions like providing resources for families with children who have Fragile X Syndrome, spearheading awareness in the community about Fragile X and donating money to Fraxa who does research on Fragile X and to the National Fragile X Foundation a national resource group.
When and where was this exciting event?
The 5th Fragile X VolleyBall Classic was held on Labor Day Weekend, September 2-3, 2006. at St. John's College High School in Washington, DC.
We like to thank the volunteers who ran the snack booth, sold tickets at the door and were line-judges,also to Colin Blount for being the Grand Marshall. We would also like to thank Rita Furst Seifurt for getting Bart and Associates to sponsor the event and thanks to Bill and Liz Pribac for organizing and planning the entire event!
